Pay: $55-60/HR DOE

Duration: Long-Term Temporary Opportunity
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee daily clinical operations within a busy ambulatory care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong outpatient experience, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and supervise clinical staff within the ambulatory clinic.

• Coordinate patient care and ensure efficient clinic workflow.

• Triage patient calls and review laboratory results, escalating abnormal findings to physicians.

• Assist physicians and Physician Assistants with clinical procedures and patient care.

• Provide post-operative care, including suture removal.

• Support staff training, development, competency evaluations, and performance improvement.

• Maintain compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and update clinical policies and procedures.

• Serve as a liaison between physicians, staff, and patients to resolve concerns and improve patient satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

Active RN license
Strong ambulatory care or outpatient clinical experience
Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred
Excellent patient assessment, triage, and organizational skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient environment
