    The Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center is seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to join one of the most advanced cardiovascular programs in the nation.

    This is a rare opportunity to lead operations in New Jersey's highest-volume Cath Lab, featuring:

    • Cutting-edge interventional procedures
    • A robust regional cardiogenic shock program
    • One of the largest structural heart programs in the country
    • The largest electrophysiology (EP) program in the state

    We are expanding from 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs to meet growing demand and continue delivering exceptional care.

    Monday - Friday

    Key Responsibilities of Nurse Manager:

    • Direct and oversee daily operations of the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, ensuring optimal workflow and patient throughput.
    • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional healthcare regulations and safety standards.
    • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP lab personnel.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
    • Develop and manage the labs' operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
    • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices in cardiovascular and electrophysiology care.
    • Serve as a key liaison with hospital leadership, contributing to strategic planning and service line growth.
    • Champion innovation in cardiovascular care, supporting the development and execution of advanced procedures and technologies.
    • Support and expand the regional cardiogenic shock and structural heart programs through clinical leadership and multidisciplinary collaboration.
    • Oversee the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms to accommodate growing patient volumes and service offerings.
