Nurse Manager Behavioral Health

A Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health opportunity is available at a 120+ bed acute care hospital in Dulles, VA, offering a full-service 24/7 Emergency Department, orthopedics, heart and vascular care, diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and maternal/child health services.

The role. Reporting through nursing leadership, this manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Nursing Department through effective utilization of self, shift House Supervisors, and Charge Nurses. The position carries direct accountability for unit-level operations, staff coordination, and the delivery of safe, consistent patient care within the behavioral health setting.

What we're looking for.

• BSN Required
• Must have min 2 years as a Nursing Manager, supervisor or Clinical Team Lead in a Behavioral Health Unit within ACUTE CARE
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Schedule. Full-time, days, no weekends.

Compensation. $100,000 - $145,000 per year plus Relo assistance- approved by HR
