We are actively looking to hire an experienced Nurse Manager ASAP to lead a fast-paced neuroscience unit. This role is moving quickly, and we are prioritizing candidates who are ready to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do:• Lead and support nursing staff in a high-acuity environment• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care• Oversee staffing, workflow, and daily operations• Monitor performance, patient outcomes, and satisfaction• Drive best practices using evidence-based care
What We're Looking For:• Active RN license (Maryland or eligible)• BSN required (Master's preferred)• 3+ years of Nurse Manager experience (hospital setting)• 3+ years of Neuro or Telemetry experience• BLS required | ACLS preferred• NIHSS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
