Minimum Education: ASN Required (BSN Preferred) Minimum Experience: 5 7 years of Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Nurse Manager LTC Rehab, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Leading nursing operations for a Rehabilitation & Long-Term Care unit.
• Managing staffing, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coaching and developing nursing staff.
• Driving operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Nurse Manager who enjoys the work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Nurse Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• Long-Term Care (LTC)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Rehabilitation Nursing
• Geriatric Care
• Nursing Leadership
• Regulatory Compliance (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF)
• Staff Development
• Quality Improvement
