    We are seeking motivated and dedicated Nurse Managers to join our Piedmont, Cumming, and Gwinnett ASC teams.

    **Please note that candidates applying for the Cumming ASC must be available to work at our Johns Creek location on Mondays**
     
    **The Gwinnett position requires flexibility to support operations at various locations based on organizational needs.**
     
     
     
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop, review and/or revise standard operating procedures in all aspects of center’s operations.
    • Inform staff regarding important issues pertaining to center’s regulatory performance standards.
    • Direct day to day operations
    • Develop procedures to maximize productivity
    • Establish need to replace existing or purchase of additional medical equipment
    • Work with administrator to recruit nurses, surgical technicians, and medical assistants to fill vacancies and/or demand
    • Orient and train new employees
    • Direct and monitor workloads according to schedule
    • Assist with employee’s annual evaluation
    • Mediate conflict resolution among staff
    • Assure stock inventory is maintained
    • Resolve patient complaints/direct to appropriate authority
    • Perform as staff nurse when scheduled
    • Collect information, process, and evaluate information and/or make recommendations relative to factors that affect patient demand
    • Assist administrator with staff meetings, quality assurance system, infection control, keeping SDS book up to date and available to all employees, in-services, implementing new policies, and training on new equipment
    • Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures by all employees
    • Other duties may be assigned.
     
    Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
    • Must have current GA State RN license, BLS, ACLS and other required training
    • Knowledge of equipment, instrumentation and supplies required to perform specific responsibilities
    • Leadership skills
