    What You'll Do

    • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff

    • Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care

    • Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily nursing operations

    • Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations

    • Assist with staff development, training, and performance management

    Qualifications

    • Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience

    • At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    • Commitment to providing exceptional resident care

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
