LOCATION: Cincinnati or Indianapolis
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in implementation, clinical support, training, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in healthcare environments or with clinical workflows is a plus

- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver standardized trainings and in-services clearly and confidently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet documentation deadlines (e.g., within 24–48 hours)
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in clinical documentation and adherence to standard materials
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal partners
- Ability to follow structured processes while developing independent judgment over time

- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly
- Comfortable working under guidance while building foundational skills
