Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to high-quality patient care and professional development, is hiring a Nurse Educator (RN). This pivotal role involves designing and implementing curriculum to enhance the clinical competencies of nursing staff across various departments. With a focus on fostering educational excellence and continuous improvement, the Nurse Educator will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance standards and elevating the overall quality of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and execute comprehensive nursing curricula tailored to departmental needs, including maternal-child and behavioral health specialties.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify training needs and establish educational goals.
  • Conduct staff education sessions, both virtually and in person, ensuring engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Assist in preparing staff for accreditation reviews and ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain documentation related to training activities and certification requirements.
  • Support new staff onboarding and orientation processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in nursing education with a strong teaching background.
  • Excellent curriculum development and instructional skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
