    Description

    We are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our Obstetrics Team!

    In this role you will:

    • Coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates educational programming.
    • Direct and Indirect Clinical Activities
    • Establishes collaborative relationships and serves as liaison with community educational institutions.
    • Responds to emergencies outside normal working hours. (i.e. internal and external disasters).

    • Adhere to hospital and department Ethics and Compliance programs, detect and report compliance variances, and maintain regular and predictable attendance

    What You'll Bring:

    • Education: Masters degree in Nursing with a focus on adult education
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
    • Licensure: Current RN license in Ohio
    • Certifications: American Heart Association BLS required; attains American Heart Association ACLS and American Heart Association PALS provider cards within six (6) months of employment. Must obtain instructor certification in NRP within six (3) months of employment and maintain continuous certification with instructor certifications thereafter.
    • Continuous Learning: Complete 24 contact hours of approved CE every two years as per Ohio Board of Nursing requirements and maintain continuous certification in relevant areas

    Marysville is:

    • Approx. 25 minutes away from Dublin, OH
    • Approx. 30 minutes away from Hillard, OH
    • Approx. 30 minutes away from Delaware, OH
    • Approx. 35 minutes away from Powell, OH
