Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager, Clinical Professional Development will assess, develop and provide evidence-based, quality educational programs and activities that promote professional competency for nursing, inter-professional and non-licensed clinical staff within the market. The Manager uses broad enterprise clinical education team to successfully execute HCA Healthcare's clinical education agenda. Identifies opportunities for collaboration; initiates collaborative efforts, i.e., with facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Associate CNO, and/or Nursing Directors Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing or Education Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing Required Master's degree Preferred 3+ years of experience in clinical education or leadership.
