Position: Nurse (RN) Director of Surgical Services Location: Las Vegas, NV
Shifts/Schedule: Days | Full-Time | No Weekends
What You’ll Do in the Role: The Director of Surgical Services high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
Master's Degree – Highly preferred
MUST have 1+ years of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience
MUST have 3+ years applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $123K - $185K/year (Based on years of experience)
Incentive Bonus: 17.5% potential
Sign on bonus: Yes, Case by case
Relocation: Yes, Case by case
