Summary
The primary role of the Nurse Delegated Coordinator Training Program and Supervisor (NDC TPS) is to provide in-home support to clients requiring nurse delegated and other medically intensive tasks. Assist clients to achieve their goals in accordance with the residential guidelines. This role also pertains supervising all aspects of client coaching and growth through goal-based support as well as supervising daily living support for their caseload. This role is responsible for coaching and developing new Nurse Delegated Coordinator's (NDC).
This position is full time and offers paid training!
Shift: Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)
