Job Title: Nurse Case Manager Department: Nursing

Summary
The Nursing Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the health and medical care of individuals supported by Bello Machre. This role involves coordinating medical services, developing health plans, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Education and/or Experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in developmental disabilities or community health.
Trainings, Licenses, and Certifications CPR and First Aid certification required.
The employee must have and maintain a valid Maryland driver’s license. They may not have more than three points on their license at any time and may not have any alcohol and/or drug related citations on their license.

Strong systems networking skills. Experience with servers, firewalls, IT Security, Managed Services, MS Exchange, and Office 365 a plus. Familiarity with the following systems are helpful: Keldair ATS, SAGE HRMS, SAGE Payroll and i Care Manager (iCM) systems.
