Nurse Assistant

Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North is looking for a Certified Nurse Assistant for ourmed-surg-tele floor to join our team on ourday shift (0645-1915). Experience preferred eitherby beingpreviouslycertified as a nurse aide, iscurrently a certified nurse aide, or hascompleted their first level of a nursing program. We will consider applicants who have a strong desire to work in thenurse aide role and are willing to receive training/education for this position. This is a busy 36-bed unit and needs someone that likes to stay busywhile providing care to a variety of different patients.The job duties include taking vital signs, reporting abnormalities to the nurses, assisting patients with bathing, feeding, turning, toileting, patient care, and assisting nurses within their scope of practice. The shift is a 12- hour shift, with an alternating pattern, which includes being off every other Fri-Sat-Sun.A general hospital orientation along with a 1 on 1 specific unit orientation is provided.
