Nurse Assistant

Willisâ€'Knighton North is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to deliver highâ€'quality patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible, patientâ€'focused, and committed to excellent attendance and performance. Key Responsibilities Record and document patient vital signs accurately Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bed baths Meals and feeding Mobility and personal care Respond promptly to patient call bells and assist as needed Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and safety Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members Qualifications Previous hospital experience strongly preferred Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care Reliable attendance history Ability to work collaboratively in a fastâ€'paced environment Orientation Training Orientation is required upon hire Length of orientation will be based on the candidates level of experience
