POSITION: Nurse Assistant at MMS (MPC Preschool Wing)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Shall possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Previous school and/or medical experience, with RN or LPN license required.
• Preschool and/or pediatric experience preferred.
• Must hold a current American Heart/Red Cross First Aid Certificate; advanced certificate preferred.
• Shall hold current certification for adult and pediatric CPR.
• Must show initiative, self-reliance and be highly organized.
• Shall understand the importance of and maintain strict confidentiality of student, school and medical records.
• Such alternatives and/or additions to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO: In NJ, RN/LPN must be supervised by a Certified School Nurse (CSN), in this instance the nurse of Marlton MiddleSchool. The nurse assistant serves under the general supervision and responsibility of the Building Principal.

Salary and Benefits: According to the ETEA Collective Bargaining Agreement
