Your Role

As a Nurse Assistant in our Assisted Living community, you will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each resident’s needs
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  • Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other caregivers
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member
  • Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
  • Support residents during their evening routines and activities

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A willingness to work as part of a team
  • Genuine love and respect for older adults
  • Patience, tact, and a cheerful, positive attitude
  • Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to make a difference
