Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $30.25
- Overtime Pay: $45.37/hour

What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing safety and risk assessments for children and families
- Support open cases with visits, safety monitoring, and documentation
- Develop and implement safety and service plans tailored to individual cases
- Prepare detailed reports for court proceedings and provide professional recommendations
- Collaborate with law enforcement, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure child safety and well-being
- Document all case management activities accurately and timely
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to coordinate services
What You Need
Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college
- Ability to work independently and remotely when necessary
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area
Preferred:- Previous child welfare or case management experience
- Indiana social work license or licensing eligibility
