What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care to patients across various surgical and diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia accordingly during procedures
• Manage pre- and post-operative anesthesia care and recovery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records
• Take call once every 8 weeks as scheduled

What You Need:

• Valid CRNA license active in Virginia
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
