- Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred, new graduates with certification pending are acceptable
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $245 to $310 per hour (rate based on experience and orientation)

What You’ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care during a wide range of surgical procedures, including general, outpatient, and trauma cases.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a medically directed practice.
- Manage anesthesia in diverse settings: operating rooms, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT.
- Deliver patient-centered care across all age groups at a Level I trauma center.
- Assist with pre-op assessments and post-anesthesia recovery.
- Participate in scheduling, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment emphasizing safety, quality, and compassionate care.
What You Need
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Masters or Doctorate)
- Active RN Anesthetist license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCNA)
- Current CPR, BCLS, ACLS certifications
- Prior CRNA experience preferred; new graduates with certification pending acceptable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
