What You’ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for scheduled surgical cases and trauma patients in a Level 2 trauma center
• Assist with anesthesia for pediatric outpatient surgeries, including ENT and other specialty areas
• Collaborate with surgical teams across multiple operating rooms and outpatient clinics
• Support anesthesia procedures in endoscopy suites and other specialty units
• Participate in on-call rotations, taking call as scheduled or as willing to support the team
• Ensure patient safety and uphold anesthesia standards through meticulous monitoring and intervention

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licensure; certification in BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum of 2+ years anesthesia experience in trauma and outpatient settings
• Pediatric anesthesia experience highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
