Nuclear Operations Planning Coordinator

Join a team that keeps nuclear facilities on schedule and in compliance. You’ll turn strategy into execution by building integrated plans, crafting robust work instructions, and aligning multiple departments to deliver safe, predictable results.

Your first 90 days

• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and support groups to map work windows and priorities.
• Create clear, logically ordered work instructions that meet nuclear industry and regulatory expectations.
• Interpret Engineering Change packages and embed requirements into plans and work packages.
• Perform field walkdowns to verify scope and optimize corrective, surveillance, and modification activities.
• Represent planning at Site/Fleet Online/Outage and related meetings to protect schedule integrity.
• Assist with testing updates to planning and scheduling applications to improve planning capability.

How you’ll grow

• Support all nuclear sites as needed, expanding your fleet-wide perspective.
• Step into the lead planner role when required, guiding scope integration and schedule quality.
• Mentor junior planner schedulers and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Take on other job-related duties as assigned.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr.
