Location: Coral Springs, FL

Facility: Baptist Outpatient Services

Shift / Hours: 5x8s | Rotating Weekends Required

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Range: $2,180.68 - $2,565.50 per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Coral Springs, FL. In this role, you will perform specialized diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, image processing, and technical evaluations.
  • Operate complex imaging equipment, including PET/CT and SPECT systems, maintaining accurate quality control records.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Licensure: Active Florida State License (CRT in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography).
  • Certifications: CNMT (NMTCB) or ARRT (Nuc Med Tech). ARRT registrations in CT (RTCT), MRI (RTMR), or Radiography (RTR) accepted.
  • Education: Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Location Restriction: Candidates must not reside in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, or Monroe counties (or within 50 miles of the site).
