Nuclear Fleet Work Management Planner

• Do you excel at orchestrating complex nuclear maintenance windows and outages without compromising safety?
• Are you skilled at turning Engineering Changes into clean, executable work packages?
• Can you coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and support teams to keep milestones on track?
• Do you enjoy mentoring peers and stepping into a lead planner role when needed?

What you'll tackle

• Plan and organize activities for plant equipment/systems across online and outage scopes.
• Produce precise, logically sequenced work instructions aligned with nuclear standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translate Engineering Change implementation needs into practical, field-ready tasks.
• Conduct field walkdowns to refine scope and address corrective, surveillance, and modification actions.
• Coordinate requirements with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and supporting organizations.
• Represent the department in Site/Fleet Online/Outage and related meetings.
• Test enhancements to new and existing planning/scheduling applications.

What sets you up for success

• Flexibility to support all nuclear sites as needed.
• Ability to act as lead planner and provide mentorship to junior planner schedulers.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr.
