Nuclear Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Join WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse on site at the Palisades nuclear site in Covert, MI. This is a full-time, 6–12-month contract reporting directly to the Site Manager at Palisades.

Imagine your day: a sunrise safety brief with your crew, mid-morning walkdowns to verify quality and code compliance, afternoon coordination with project teams to align schedules and documentation, and an end-of-shift review ensuring every record, inspection, and lockout/tagout is squared away. That rhythm is how you keep people safe and work moving.

What You’ll Lead Day-to-Day

• Direct electrical crews in maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting activities inside a nuclear facility.
• Manage logistics and staffing, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and operations to meet milestones and regulatory commitments.
• Conduct inspections and verify work against industry codes and nuclear safety requirements.
• Drive safe work practices and high-quality execution on every task.
• Maintain precise documentation for work performed, inspections, and safety checks.

What You Bring

• Hands-on field experience in electrical work.
• Background in nuclear facilities or other tightly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead crews and resolve on-site issues.
• 5+ years with electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in reading/interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Preferred: journeyman electrician, OSHA training, and/or nuclear site clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

We are committed to transparency and equity in our people practices. The base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $65.00/hour to $75.00/hour.
