    Reporting to the Manager of Pricing and Analytic Support, this associate will help employee pricing strategies that meet the needs of our field leadership teams across ABC Supply, L&W, and TCI.

    Pricing Coordinator Supervisor Responsibilities:

    • Assist in Pricing Coordinator tasks as needed, especially during large requests or limited team availability
    • Monitor ticket system to ensure internal and external pricing requests are properly assigned and meeting department SLAs, escalating as needed
    • Oversee Pricing Coordinator task lists and SN queues for optimal productivity and shared workloads, and reviewing issues with Pricing & Analytic Support Manager as they arise
    • Continuously work with the team to identify new and expanded areas for Pricing Coordinator support; develop and manage pertinent Pricing Coordinator processes
    • Maintain training documentation for all standard pricing coordinator tasks (task list items & SN standard requests), and ensure Pricing Coordinators are trained on appropriate tasks
    • Maintain primary team training decks in collaboration with pricing team associates (i.e. OSR, BMT, QC)
    • Manage career development of Pricing Coordinators and collaborate with the manager of Pricing & Analytic Support to assign appropriate stretch projects, trainings, and other identified development opportunities.
    • Approve Workday, Concur, and other necessary activities for Pricing Coordinators
    • Participate in pricing projects as representative for Pricing Coordinators and coordinate efforts as requested on key projects
    • Develop and maintain Centralized Price Maintenance processes for the Pricing Coordinators to ensure all CPM Pricing Coordinator activities are properly executed and communicated in a timely manner

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics)
    • 2-5 years of related experience
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Position requires up to 15% travel
