Extensive knowledge in power distribution, motor control centers, instrumentation, automated systems, PLC and HMI programming, and variable frequency drive troubleshooting in a manufacturing facility. Perform configuration, programming, monitoring, & troubleshooting for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), network switches, servers, and HMI workstations.

Basic Job Functions:

• Provide electrical support through automation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Answer calls and ensure continuous operations of production lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions.
• Perform configuration, programming, monitoring, & troubleshooting for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), network switches, servers, and HMI workstations.
• Develop and implement projects for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Equivalent electrical training or military experience will be considered.
• Extensive knowledge in power distribution, motor control centers, instrumentation, automated systems, PLC and HMI programming, and variable frequency drive troubleshooting in a manufacturing facility

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in electrical maintenance technology and three or more years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Extensive AC & DC motors and drives experience
• Knowledge and experience with Power systems maintenance
• Extensive PLC systems building, programming, and troubleshooting experience
• HMI Wonderware, Factory Talk building, programming, and troubleshooting experience
• Basic pneumatic and hydraulic system knowledge
