Facility in Williamsport, PA seeking Trauma Surgery APP locums coverageRates: $Orientation $150/hr, Day shift $150/hr, Night shift $160/hrOpportunity Highlights Schedule: Mix of Days (7a7p) and Nights (7p7a), MondaySunday.No Call: This is an inpatient-only coverage role; no off-site call is required.Commitment: Approximately 810 shifts per month.Clinical Volume: Average census of 20 patients per day; 5 admissions per day and 25 per night.EMR: Epic.Support: Work in tandem with Trauma/Acute Care Surgeons. Staffed with 2 APPs during the day and 1 at night. On-site specialties include IR, Ortho Trauma, Neurosurgery, and CT Surgery.Key Responsibilities & ProceduresTypical Day: AM rounds, followed by OR first-assisting, managing new EGS consults, and critical care management.Surgical Cases: Cholecystectomy, appendectomy, trauma ex-lap, colon resections, and hernia repairs.
