    --10/1 7am to 10/5 7am
    --10/16 7a to 10/19 7am
    --11/24 7am to 12/2 7am

    Shift Details
    -- 24 hour call coverage (7am-7am)
    -- Service line requires CT APP locum coverage 2–7 days per month

    Requirements
    -- Licensed in South Carolina
    -- Endovascular vein harvesting certification

    Assignment Details
    -- EMR: eCW
    -- 1 surgeon, 2 APPs, floor and OR APP structure
