Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Eugene, OR

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team at South Clinic in Eugene, Oregon.

Practice outpatient Family Medicine in a collaborative clinic setting, while living in a community known for outdoor access and work-life balance. This role offers a team-based environment with strong clinical support and a focus on long-term sustainability in primary care.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE) outpatient position

Clinical Support and Resources

• Inbox Clinician Program designed to help manage inbox workload
• DAX scribe service available for documentation support
• Embedded support team, including:
  • Social Work
  • Integrated Behavioral Health
  • RN Care Management
  • Diabetic Education
• Onsite lab and X-ray services

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year salary guarantee: $140,000 (1.0 FTE)

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Oregon license or ability to obtain
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire
