Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team in a hospital-employed role. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care in a supportive community hospital setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current New Mexico NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based team environment
- Prior inpatient experience preferred but not required (based on role expectations)
