Neurocritical Care NP/PA Locums Job in North Carolina

A facility in North Carolina is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locums coverage for their Neuroscience ICU service. Applicants should have at least one year of experience and an active North Carolina license. 

Dates needed: 7am-7pm 12/26-1/1 and ongoing through 2027

Details/Requirements:
--Inpatient responsibilities only            
--Must have the ability to perform ICU level care                          
--Locums’ provider will respond to codes
--No ER backup
--No Call                                                                                              
--Required Certifications:  ACLS, BLS
--Average total inpatient Census: 20
--Average # of patients/day/provider: 4
--Average # of admissions/day: 2
--Procedures: Arterial Lines, Central Lines, Lumbar Punctures, Vent Management
