Family Practice clinic setting - outpatient only
2 locations to choose from
40 hours a week - Tues-Fri 8a-6p and Sat 8a-12p - 1 hour lunch facility is closed
40 hours a week - Mon-Fri 8a-6p - 1 hour lunch facility is closed
Call - 1 week in every 10-12 weeks
Must be able to see all ages
