We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens opportunity near Redding, CA. This position is available ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis, offering a stable and fulfilling role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Volume: The provider will be responsible for seeing a minimum of 18 patients per day.
- Patient Mix: Includes both pediatric and adult patients; Internal Medicine (IM) only providers will also be considered.
- Chronic Pain Management: Some experience with chronic pain management is required.
- Chart Closure: Ensure all charts are closed within 72 hours of patient encounters.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Practice or related fields. Board-Eligible candidates will be considered if within five years of residency.
- Required Certifications:
- Licensing Requirements: Must hold an active California medical license. No reimbursement for licensing costs.
- DEA License: An active DEA license is required before the start of the assignment.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 30-45 days.

- Patient Load: Minimum of 18 patients per day.
