Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering treatments, managing vascular access devices, and educating patients and family members about their care plans and ongoing treatment needs.Your expertise will help patients safely receive complex care at home while promoting comfort, independence, and positive outcomes. You will play a key role in monitoring patient progress, identifying changes in condition, communicating important updates to physicians and care teams, and ensuring treatments are delivered safely and effectively. By providing individualized care and education, you'll help patients feel confident and supported throughout their healthcare journey.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an RN with an active Texas license, current CPR/BLS certification, strong peripheral IV skills, and experience with infusion therapy.Experience managing PICC lines, ports, midlines, and other vascular access devices is highly valued, along with strong communication and clinical assessment skills. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the home setting.
