NOW HIRING: RESPITE CAREGIVERS | ORANGE COUNTY
Executive Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Respite Caregivers to support individuals and families served by the Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC).
This is a great opportunity for caregivers, students, DSPs, CNAs, HCAs, and anyone who enjoys helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and comfortably at home.
What You'll Do:- Provide 1:1 supervision, companionship, and respite care
- Engage consumers in activities based on their interests and abilities
- Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
- Support safety and independence in the home and community
- Give parents and family caregivers a well-deserved break
- Follow each consumer's individualized care plan
We're Looking For:- Caring, patient, dependable, and responsible individuals
- Experience with developmental disabilities
- Experience with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or other support needs is a plus
- Ability to communicate professionally with consumers and families
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
