NOW HIRING: Production Lead
Location: Grand Prairie
Schedule: Must have flexible Hours and willing to work 2nd Shift
Pay: $18 - $22
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, driving forklifts, leading teams, and maintaining production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Lead and support production team members during daily operations
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
- Assist with training, coaching, and supporting production staff
- Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues
- Complete production reports and communicate shift updates
- Support inventory movement and material handling as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse lead role
- Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience
- Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule Flexibility:
- Must be available to support 2nd Shift operations
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to start early, stay late, and adjust schedule based on production demands
