Employbridge is NOW HIRING a Production Assistant in Maryville, TN!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour
We're seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant with a strong manufacturing background and solid computer skills. This role supports daily production operations, assists with equipment operation, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with production equipment operation and support daily manufacturing activities
- Monitor production schedules and communicate concerns or delays
- Maintain quality standards and follow established procedures
- Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience required
- Strong computer skills required; graphic software experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working around forklifts and production equipment
- HSD/GED REQUIRED
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and 50+ lbs with assistance
