Location: Grand Prairie
Pay: $17-$21
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time

Revised Personnel is seeking an experienced and dependable Manufacturing Tech to join a growing manufacturing team. This leadership role is ideal for candidates who can operate production equipment, drive forklifts, lead employees, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production team members to meet daily production goals
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
• Train, coach, and assist team members as needed
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management
• Assist with inventory movement, material handling, and production reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Production Lead, Manufacturing Lead, or similar leadership role
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be available to start early, stay late, and work flexible hours based on production demands
• Availability to support and oversee 2nd shift production operations is required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
