Responsibilities:
-Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
-Conduct site inspections and customer meetings.
-Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
-Review estimates and scopes of work.
-Maintain project documentation.
-Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
-Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
Requirements:
-Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-Ability to work in physically demanding environments
-Restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction management experience preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Tech savvy, can easily utilize required apps for documentation purposes.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-IICRC certifications preferred
