Groundskeeper – Apartment Community (Temp-to-Perm)
Now Hiring: Groundskeeper
Revised Personnel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
- Sweep breezeways, sidewalks, and parking areas
- Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain pool and common areas as directed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Assist the maintenance team with property upkeep as needed
Requirements:
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
