Job Title: Production Associate Level 2
Pay: $18.20 hourly rate
Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (Fridays as needed)

As a Production Associate Level 2, you'll support the food production department by performing essential tasks that ensure efficient processing and packaging. You'll work closely with your team to maintain high standards of product quality and safety, contributing directly to the success of our manufacturing process.
What You'll Do
As a Production Associate Level 2, you will be responsible for:
Counting, packing, and palletizing cases for shipment
Checking packaging for defects like holes or tears
Operating case taper machines to seal packed cases
Stacking, arranging, and shrink-wrapping cases weighing up to 50 lbs on pallets
Preparing boxes and labeling products as per customer specifications
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas to maintain hygiene standards
Disposing of raw materials and packaging scraps safely and efficiently
Following GMP policies to ensure a safe, sanitary production environment
Adhering to safety rules and wearing required PPE including robes, hair/beard nets, hard hats, masks, gloves, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection
Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team operations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to count accurately and work at a consistent pace
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Basic communication skills in English and ability to follow instructions
Good vision and attention to detail for quality control
Capability to lift and carry cases weighing up to 50 pounds
Previous experience in production helpful but not required
Steel-toe boots required for safety compliance
