Now Hiring Flexible LPN Nurse Salaried Position

Paramount Home Health Care is currently seeking a dependable, flexible, motivated, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team.

This is a unique salaried position combining field nursing responsibilities with office-related clinical and administrative duties. We are looking for an LPN who is comfortable working with multiple clients, accepting different assignments and shifts, and assisting in the office when there is no active patient assignment.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION DIFFERENT?

This is a SALARIED LPN POSITION, and the salary is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, availability, flexibility, and other relevant factors.

The selected nurse may continue to receive regular salary compensation even during eligible periods when there is no active patient assignment, subject to the terms of employment.

When there is no field assignment, the LPN may be expected to report to the office and assist with clinical documentation, patient records, administrative responsibilities, and other office-related healthcare tasks.

‍️ FIELD NURSING RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care to patients in their homes
• Accepting different patient assignments and shifts as needed
• Providing coverage when another nurse is unavailable
• Following physician orders and patient Plans of Care
• Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition
• Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicating with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Traveling to different patient locations when necessary

️ OFFICE & DOCUMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES

When not assigned to a patient, responsibilities may also include:

• Reviewing and organizing patient documentation
• Assisting with nursing and clinical paperwork
• Reviewing patient charts for completeness and accuracy
• Assisting with Plans of Care and other required documentation
• Following up on missing or incomplete nursing documentation
• Assisting with maintaining organized patient records
• Communicating with nurses, caregivers, patients, and families when necessary
• Helping ensure documentation is completed and submitted on time
• Assisting management with other clinical or office-related responsibilities within the LPN's role and scope of practice

This is not strictly a bedside nursing position. The selected candidate should be comfortable transitioning between patient care in the field and office-based clinical/administrative responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must:

Hold a current and valid LPN license
Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Be dependable, responsible, organized, and professional
Have strong availability and scheduling flexibility
Be comfortable working with multiple patients and assignments
Be willing to travel to different patient locations when necessary
Be comfortable completing office and computer-based documentation
Have good communication and documentation skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be willing to learn and adapt to different patient and agency needs
Be someone the agency can depend on when nursing coverage or office assistance is needed

A company vehicle may be available for approved work-related travel, depending on the assignment and company policies.
