Essential Duties:
Essential duties will vary with each position! This is an exciting new and growing market for TD, so if you have experience as a Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operator, Building Automation System (BAS) Technician, or a Commerical Facilities Operation Professional, apply today!
Duties may include:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot central utility plant equipment, HVAC systems, and building infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to maximize reliability and efficiency.
- Support building automation and controls systems, including diagnostics, programming, and system adjustments.
- Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted facility performance.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and system documentation.
- Follow industry-leading safety practices while supporting mission-critical environments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with central plants, chilled water systems, boilers, HVAC, or building automation systems.
- Knowledge of controls platforms, mechanical systems, and facility operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Experience in airports, healthcare, data centers, higher education, manufacturing, or other complex facilities is a plus.
