PARAMOUNT HOME HEALTH CARE LLC is looking for a reliable, patient, compassionate, and responsible caregiver to assist a child with autism in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.
Location: Land O’ Lakes, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Total: 20 hours per week Immediate Opening!
Job Responsibilities
- Be present at the child's home exactly at 3:00 PM when the school bus drops him off.
- Supervise and provide companionship to the child until his parents return from work.
- Ensure the child's safety and well-being throughout the shift.
- Engage the child in simple, age-appropriate activities and positive interactions.
- Provide basic assistance as needed.

Requirements
- PUNCTUALITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! You must be at the home by 3:00 PM sharp every scheduled day.
- Must be dependable, responsible, and committed to the schedule.
- Must be patient and comfortable working with a child with autism.
- Previous caregiving or special-needs experience is a plus.
️ IMPORTANT: The child arrives home by school bus at 3:00 PM. We need someone who can consistently arrive on time. Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable.
