Revised Personnel is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Make-Ready Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for individuals who take pride in preparing apartments for new residents.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
Complete painting, touch-up work, and drywall repairs
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Replace fixtures, blinds, locks, and hardware as needed
Clean and remove debris from units
Report maintenance issues to management
Ensure apartments meet company quality standards and move-in deadlines
Requirements:
Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
