We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories.This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in the small details that make a big impact. As a key holder and lead crafter, you’ll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.What You’ll Do
- Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Lead the Bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
- Open and close the Bakery as a trusted key holder
- Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
- Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated
- Help create a clean, organized, and JOYFUL Bakery environment
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader with a positive and dependable attitude
- Someone who enjoys both creativity and operations
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous bakery, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred
