How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Design, develop, and optimize distributed NoSQL database solutions using MongoDB and Cassandra
  • Build scalable, high-availability data architectures supporting real-time and near-real-time processing
  • Partner with application developers, data engineers, and infrastructure teams to define data models and performance strategies
  • Tune and optimize database performance for high-throughput transactional systems
  • Support data replication, clustering, failover, and disaster recovery configurations
  • Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for critical systems
  • Contribute to database automation, monitoring, and DevOps best practices
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity standards are met across environments

Are you an experienced NoSQL engineering professional ready to make an impact?

  • 5+ years of experience working with NoSQL databases in enterprise environments
  • Strong hands-on expertise with MongoDB and/or Cassandra (design, performance tuning, cluster management)
  • Experience designing distributed, fault-tolerant database architectures
  • Solid understanding of data modeling for high-volume transactional systems
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
  • Proficiency with scripting or backend languages (Java, Python, Scala, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Experience supporting high-availability production environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience within financial services, banking, or capital markets environments
  • Exposure to trading systems, risk platforms, or high-throughput financial datasets
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
