What You'll Do

• Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, ordering, and financial performance
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket time standards
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department compliance
• Create a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and scheduling
• Passion for scratch-made food and quality execution
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump on the line when needed
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
